On behalf of the Top Education Group, Dr Minshen Zhu made a donation through His Excellency Qiu Shaofang, the Chinese Consulate-General in Sydney (Ranking as Ambassador), and Consul Chen Haoqi, in aid of the victims of the current natural disaster in China.
