On 22 nd January 2008, Prof Xuelin Kang, Vice President of Zhuhai College, Jilin University and Mr Feng Tian, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, visited Top Education in Sydney. Dr Minshen Zhu arranged the meeting for Prof Kang and Mr Tian at Macquarie University hosted by MQ Vice-Chancellor & President Prof Schwartz, DVC (Research) Prof Jim Piper and PVC Prof William McGaw.
