LECTURER

SELECTION CRITERIA

A. Lecturer at Postgraduate Level:

A lecturer at this level will require at least

• A completed or undergoing PhD degree in relevant discipline. Applicant who do not have a PhD degree must prove his/her academic credential in equivalent level. 
• At least 2 years lecturing experience at postgraduate level in an Australian university or equivalent
• Alternatively, a completed Master degree with at least 5 years lecturing experience at postgraduate  level with Australian universities or equivalent
• Actively undertaking scholarly research.
• For lecturing in Accounting discipline, you are required a professional recognition, i.e., CA or CPA membership.

B. Lecturer at Undergraduate Level:

A lecturer at this level will require at least

• A Masters degree or equivalent. A PhD degree is preferable.
• At least 3 years lecturing experience at undergraduate level in Australian universities or equivalent
• Actively undertaking scholarly research.
• For lecturing in Accounting discipline, you are required a professional recognition, i.e., CA or CPA membership.
• Industry experience is preferable

C. Trainer (Teacher) at VET Diploma Level:

Trainers at this level will require at least

• A Masters Degree or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is compulsory.
• At least 3 years teaching experience at VET organization.
• For the Accounting discipline, you are required a professional recognition, i.e., CA, CPA, or NIA member.
• Industry experience is necessary.
